Dr Rachael Blakey is an Assistant Professor at the University of Warwick who researches family mediation and mediator practice. Her upcoming book, Rethinking Family Mediation, considers the changing role of family mediators who increasingly assist families without legal support.
Dr. Charlotte Bendall is an Associate Professor in Law at the University of Birmingham, specialising in a range of Family Law related matters. Her current research is considering how best to support grandparents who seek contact with their grandchildren in the event of family fragmentation, with a particular focus on the potential held by mediation.
