Sarah is a Partner and Head of Mediation at Hall Brown Family Law, a boutique national family law firm. Sarah is a practicing solicitor and accredited mediator specialising in high net worth and complex children and financial matters. Sarah champions Non-Court Dispute Resolution in her practice as a mediator and solicitor and an active advocate to promote this way of working.
Sarah is the Chair of Family Mediation Week and was recently named Family Mediator of the Year at the National Mediation Awards. Sarah is on the Resolution DR committee, which is aimed at leading in process and practice in NCDR. |

Having trained as a barrister at QEB, Tristan became the first member of the family bar to specialise exclusively in all forms of dispute resolution. He regularly acts as a private FDR tribunal and arbitrator in financial and children cases and, as a mediator, is accredited by both the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and the Family Mediation Council. Tristan also sits as a Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit |

Elaine Richardson is a family law solicitor, accredited child-inclusive hybrid mediator, collaborative lawyer, trainer, Professional Practice Consultant to fellow mediators and a Family Law Supervisor for fellow family law lawyers. Elaine trains lawyers and mediators and specialise in domestic abuse, safeguarding and high conflict personalities. In hybrid mediation Elaine keeps confidences to assist the negotiation and welcomes solicitors and barristers into mediation to support their clients. Elaine has been a member of Resolution for over 25 years, having been chair of the Cheshire and Merseyside branches. She is a member of the national Dispute Resolution Committee of Resolution and the winner of the 2019 John Cornwell Award. Elaine served a term of 9 years on The Law Society national Family Law Committee and has worked for the Home Office as a Truth Facilitator for the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse. |
