The FMSB has started to develop resources to support your work as a PPC, and to help you support your consultees, particularly those who are working towards accreditation.
Please see list below for resources that are currently available:
- An optional set of PPC Observation Prompts
- Observation Prompts for Mediators Working Towards Accreditation
- Suggested Mediator Self-Reflection sheets
- Template Professional Practice Consultancy Agreement
- Considerations for PPC Handover
The FMC has also published a Code of Conduct for observations of mediations or MIAMs by non-mediators which PPCs or other FMCA mediators can use for observations by other professionals working with separated families or by students, who are interested in learning about the family mediation process.
Other resources?
The FMSB is also considering what other resources would be useful to PPCs. Please get in touch if you can think of resources that would be helpful to you.
