A Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) is a pre-mediation meeting.

During this session you will:

  • Find out what happens in a MIAM
  • Learn about the role of a MIAM as an early comprehensive information resource regarding all NCDR processes so that you are fully aware of all the choices available to you
  • Learn about the issues you can explore in a MIAM, including how how practical arrangements in mediation can be tailored to your needs
  • Hear how MIAMs have worked for others

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the presenters about the MIAM process.
